About the event

This event  will include an in-depth discussion around gut health and the ways in which food & lifestyle habits can influence the gut specifically. I will provide a demonstration of how to make sauerkraut and explain the ways in which is contributes to improved gut health. 

We will close the afternoon with a 3 course fermented and prebiotic feast, containing some of the foods that we have discussed. The aim is to give you an idea of the vast variety of fermented goods that are available to incorporate into your diet and how delicious it can be to support gut health.
