My name is Hannah Taylor, registered Nutritional Therapist based in Moray, Scotland specialising in Gut Health. With a food first approach and an understanding of our biochemical individuality, I aim to empower people to support their health in an enjoyable and realistic manner.

As a chef for many years, I have always had a passion for food. The interest in cooking shifted to a fascination for the functionality of nutrients within food after experiencing the disappearance of long-standing acne due to a change in my diet.

My passion for gut health started after learning the wonders of brewing Kombucha. Through this, I am continuously learning the complexities of the gut microbiome and the impact that fermented produce can have on our systems.

I find fermentation and gut health absolutely fascinating and I am so passionate about sharing this knowledge far and wide by offering group workshops and nutritional presentations across Scotland.
