Come down to Gut Feelings HQ and learn 2 different techniques for fermenting vegetables – traditional sauerkraut and fermented vegetables in brine.

About the event

In this workshop I will teach you how to make sauerkraut and vegetables in brine – giving you the ability to ferment any fruit or vegetable of your liking! Studies in regards to the health benefits of regular consumption of fermented vegetables continues to grow. On top of this, fermentation is an amazing preservation technique to make the most of harvest seasons in Scotland to see you through the winter. 

The cost includes access to all of the ingredients you will need. I do ask that you take along your own chopping board, knife, an apron and 2 jars to fill with fermenting goodness. 

I look forward to sharing my knowledge around the microbiological wonders that are happening during fermentation and how this links to our gut health – and overall health as a result! It is AMAZING!
